UKSS - "Universalniy Kompleks Start-Stend" (Universal Test and Launch facility) - is a launchpad 250 at Baikonur.

UKSS has been constructed for tests and firings of Energia heavy rocket. Also it is considered that this starting complex could be used at tests and launching of a Vulkan superheavy rocket.
