Universal Cargo Deck allows to add Payload Manager for any spaceship in Orbiter.
Concept
Universal Cargo Deck - is a "phantom" ship without visual model. You can attach the cargo deck to another ship using
Scenario Editor. Cargo Deck vessel is created with Payload Manager SDK. Cargo Deck translates
to the carrier all cargo influences (changing of mass, the moments from engines, ets.)
Using Universal Cargo Deck you can build cargo ships and multistaging systems based on any vessels in Orbiter.
